Nesa Meta founded MTM Consulting in 2017, following an international career across strategic initiatives, business development, restructuring and executive leadership in complex business environments.
With MTM Consulting, he set out to build a hands-on advisory and executive platform for situations where clarity, pace and ownership matter. Today, he brings broad Swiss and international experience across strategy, turnaround management, M&A, business process design and senior leadership roles. His recent work includes leading businesses through demanding phases of stabilization, operational improvement and strategic realignment, with direct involvement across finance, operations, supply chain, organization, governance and cross-functional execution.
Nesa has in-depth knowledge of the regulatory and business environments in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and selected CEE markets.
Outside work, he enjoys discovering new cultures through travel and local food. Tennis, hiking and jogging help him relax and recharge.
